Cindy Carter is a freelance film and video producer. She is currently working out of Atlanta Georgia. She has over 20 years experience in the advertising industry working in all forms of media, including TV, radio, long-form video and content with a wide range of budgets. Cindy’s production experience has taken her to locations throughout the US and across the world to locations in Prague, Greece, Australia, Canada, Thailand and the U.K.

As a freelance producer, she has worked with a number of agencies including BBDO, DWP, TG Madison, Kilgannon, Morrison, Digitas, to name a few.

Prior to freelancing, Cindy worked in-house for the following agencies:

• Sr. Producer, Cole & Weber Advertising, Seattle
• Executive Producer, Dubois Productions, Miami
